working principle

Technical features:

The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation, which has large penetration depth and strong magnetic force.

The excitation coil is specially designed with longitudinal and transverse oil channels, which is conducive to heat transfer to transformer oil and effectively reduce the coil temperature.

The coil is soaked and cured by special epoxy resin, which improves the insulation performance of the whole machine. The whole sealing structure is dustproof, rainproof and corrosion-resistant.

The corrugated fin greatly increases the heat dissipation area and effectively controls the temperature rise. It can effectively absorb 0.1-35 kg ferromagnetic materials mixed in non-magnetic materials.
