1. The weighing body of the quantitative feeder must be installed on a stable and horizontal foundation. The base can be of cement or steel structure with sufficient strength. When there are other mechanical equipment nearby, the vibration generated by its operation shall not be transmitted to the scale body;

2. The scale body of the quantitative feeder must be equipped with fixed bolts. When tightening, the scale body should be calibrated with a level instrument to ensure that the scale body remains horizontal after installation;

3. There should be at least 2-3 times the belt width on both sides of the quantitative feeder, so as to facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the belt in the future. If the space is limited, it is necessary to ensure the space on one side (opposite to the drive motor);

4. When lifting the scale body of the quantitative feeder, ensure that the four corners are lifted at the same time to avoid deformation and damage of the scale body;

5. During the installation of the weighing body of the quantitative feeder, attention should be paid to the protection of the parts such as the motor, the reducer and the adjusting screw, so as not to cause damage;

6. When electric welding and gas welding are used near the scale body of the quantitative feeder, shielding protection shall be done to ensure that the belt, cable and other parts are not burned;

7. When the weighing body of the quantitative feeder is fixed, the position of the feeding hopper shall be ensured. When connected with the external feeding parts, the feeding hopper shall not be changed due to external force, otherwise the belt scratch or inaccurate measurement may be caused. This is very important;

8. The external feeding device above the scale body of the quantitative feeder must be equipped with a screw gate (unlimited structure). If necessary, the feeding device can be closed to facilitate maintenance;

9. Do not place heavy objects on the belt. It is forbidden to stand on the belt or walk on the belt. To avoid damaging the sensor;

10. If the weighing body of the quantitative feeder must be installed at a position above 0.8m, platforms and guardrails must be built on both sides.

11. The weighing body of the quantitative feeder cannot be used in the open air;

12. The weighing body of the quantitative feeder shall not operate in the environment with severe dust, materials shall not be allowed to fall between the belt and the roller, and no material shall fall on the scale body from the place outside the feeding hopper;

13. The weighing body of the quantitative feeder shall not be installed in the trench;

14. No liquid shall be splashed on the scale of the quantitative feeder,

15. The weighing body of quantitative feeder is suitable for fragmental, powdery and other dry bulk materials, and shall not be used for sticky and paste materials;

16. The materials shall not contain substances that corrode or dissolve metal and rubber;

17. The weighing body of the quantitative feeder is not suitable for materials that may scratch the belt, such as sharp blocks, icing, etc;

18. The material temperature shall not exceed the temperature specified in the contract. If not specified in the contract, it is used for normal temperature materials;

19. It is not allowed to bake high temperature gas to the weighing body of the quantitative feeder, especially the motor belt and sensor, so as to avoid equipment damage;

20. The weighing body of quantitative feeder can not be used in the occasions with explosion-proof requirements. Unless the contract stipulates explosion-proof products.
