2. Assembly type chain wheel is adopted. The wheel body and flange are connected by high strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, the bolt can be unscrewed and the flange can be replaced easily, and the material can be saved and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
3. The lower part of the fuselage adopts a heavy hammer lever type tensioning device, which can realize automatic tensioning. After one installation, it does not need to be adjusted, and it can maintain constant tension force, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine and avoid slipping or chain dropping;
4. The traction part is a low alloy high strength ring chain. After proper heat treatment, it has high tensile strength, wear resistance and long service life. The elevator is a mixed or gravity unloading, digging type loading, suitable for conveying powder, granular, small pieces of low grinding materials with bulk density no more than 1.5 T / m3, and the temperature of materials shall not exceed 250 ℃.
